Your Subconscious Mind Could be Holding Deep Negative Emotions

Our subconscious mind is powerful. Within it lie suppressed and repressed emotions that impact our relationships, both in work and at home.

A spouse feeling resentment but isn't sure why, leading to distant behavior in the marriage.

Suppressed emotions are feelings we purposely push aside because they're uncomfortable. Imagine a manager avoiding difficult conversations with a team member, fearing conflict. Over time, this avoidance can cause unresolved issues and tensions.

Repressed emotions, on the other hand, are feelings we unconsciously hide from ourselves. Think of a spouse feeling resentment but isn't sure why, leading to distant behavior in the marriage.

Throughout my journey as a Life Coach, I've encountered numerous clients who faced major challenges in their relationships due to these hidden feelings. These deep-seated emotions often manifest in overreactions or avoidance of specific situations. Unknowingly, they result in severe repercussions, from divorces to resignations.

To foster healthier relationships, it's crucial to recognize and address our suppressed and repressed emotions. A trained Coach with psychological insight or a Psychologist can guide you through this introspective journey. While therapy is valuable, proactive coaching is a commendable approach to handle emotional challenges before they escalate
