Our subconscious mind is powerful. Within it lie suppressed and repressed emotions that impact our relationships, both in work and at home.

Repressed emotions, on the other hand, are feelings we unconsciously hide from ourselves. Think of a spouse feeling resentment but isn't sure why, leading to distant behavior in the marriage.
