The Business Coaching Plan

As your Business Coach we will use Tools such as The Business Model Canvas or The 4 Pillars of Small Businesses. The Coach here takes on the Role of a Business Management Consultant. Management tools and assessments are utilized to track and monitor the progress. Frequent feedback from your customers and other stakeholders are monitored as part of the progress report. New Systems and Processes are implemented and staff trained or equipped with the new Knowledge and Skills. This aspect of Planning and execution is orchestrated as A Change Initiative. Y whole team / staff will be involved in the Change execution. The extent and depth of this Business Coaching will be customized to meet your current Budget and Time Frame to make it affordable.

Sustaining a High Performance Culture

Invariably the Coaching will lead to a Culture Change. The new High Performing Culture and a powerful Brand will springboard from the new processes and systems in place driven by the Business Coaching Plan. The Coach / Consultant withdraws and hands over the continuance of the Success transition to the Leader.
