As a Team Leader you are expected to be a Coach as well. The challenges as a Team Leader are very different to a Coach. It is important to pay attention to the difference and focus on your Coaching Role as part of your Leadership to your team.

Provide specific feedback: Offer detailed and actionable feedback that helps team members identify their areas for improvement. Feedback should always be given in a manner for individuals to improve and grow from the experience.
Encourage a growth mindset: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by encouraging team members to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Active listening: Actively Listen to your team's perspectives and be empathetic. Don't forget to pay attention to non-verbal cues as well.
Be approachable: Create an open and supportive environment where team members feel comfortable coming to you with questions and concerns.
Celebrate successes: Recognize and celebrate team members' successes, no matter how small. Coaching is an essential part of the team's development.
